Brief Introduction
  PDJ series of bag-breaking machine special-purpose equipment used for the pretreatment of the house refuse, its function is to break out the house refuse in bags in the sorting and separation process for the convenience of separation and selection. This equipment is independently produced by our company, in the process of sorting and separating and disposal the urban residential house refuse, the use effect is extremely well, the bag-breaking rate achieves above 90%.

Working Principle

  The feeder feeds the stuff of garbage evenly, the garbage entering the bag-breaking machine are brought to the knife storeroom immediately. As the knife body does the rotation movement, it can break out the garbage in bags so as to achieve the purpose of separating the garbage and plastic bags. When the knife storeroom is overloaded or there are large-sized garbage that can not be processed, the electric control system shall stop, and then, the inversion shall discharge it out of the machine.
