The biological deodorization device is
made up of the machine body、induced draft fan、induced draft
pipeline、two-stage circulation system and PLC frequency conversion
control box. It applies to the disposal on big flow organic
waste gas (VOCS) and odour of the medium and low concentration.
Main Principle
By way of the induced draft fan, the rotary condition
odour and organic waste gas entering into the biological deodorization
device and spraying circulation liquid are blended on the
filling at the special-made filtering layer each other from
inside to outside, it enables the odour and organic waste
gas to enter into the liquid phase from the gaseous phase.
By way of the metabolic function, the microorganism transforms
one part of odour contaminant into the cellular substances,
one part is transformed into the nutrition matter, therefore,
and it enables the fetor ingredients to be removed off. by
way of the first grade circulation filtration and purification,
the deodorization rate reaches 90% to 95%. As the fetor substance
ingredients are complicated and varied, usually, it carries
with the pathogenic microorganism and virus, by way of the
biological deodorization, the second biochemical circulation、gas-liquid
intercourse、abstersion、absorption、dissolving、disinfection、sterilization
and purification rate can reach 99%. The whole process follows
the Henry law and Fick law.
