Processing Equipment for the Biological Compost

Brief Introduction:

and more increasingly. This has provided the solid foundation
for the development and implementation of the house refuse
fertilizer-making technology. And the house refuse compost
processing technology are also just the typical processing
techniques for the house refuse to realize the decrementˇ˘innocuity
and resource realization. The fertilizer made by way of
using the house refuse as the main materials have already
applied into the production of the agriculture and forestry.
This series of equipment mainly consists of the feed lead
rail pulleyˇ˘feed bin and the compost chamber. The ventilation
plantˇ˘the spray facilities and adsorption inlet of the
deodorization facilities are installed within the compost
chamber. |
Technological Principle
The compost method indicates that, under
the control condition, it enables the organic rubbish coming
from the biology to produce the course of the function of the
biological stability. The compost process needs to be carried
out under the manual control. The biological compost methods
are mainly divided into two kinds such as oxygen consumption
compost method and anaerobic compost method. In general, the
temperature of the oxygen consumption compost is from 50ˇăC to
65ˇăC, the maximum temperature can achieve 80ˇăC to 90ˇăC, the
cycle of the compost system is short; the anaerobic compost
method and the air bath ferment materials are completely cut
off and isolated, the temperature of the compost system is lower,
the nitrogen contents in the finished products are higher, but
the cycle of the compost system is long, the peculiar smell
is big, the decomposition is not enough.
Notes: It can be made into turning or Z-type structures according
to requirements of the processing.
