Sludge Treatment Equipment

| 1. Brief Introduction
The sludge treatment equipment (sludge rapid drier) is developed
and produced by our company by importing the overseas advanced technology
and combining the Chinese actual condition, this series of equipment
were exported to Japan and Indonesia in succession, and it is specially
used for disposing of the sludge removed from rivers¡¢the sludge
after the dehydration of the sewage treatment plant and disposing
of the sludge discharged from the industrial waste water. The sludge
after the disposal has realized the innocuity¡¢decrement¡¢dryness
and resource. It can be used as the covering soil at the field for
filling and burying the garbage, it can be made into the soil bricks
and separation bricks used for the highway and paveway for sale,
it can used as the filling stuff of the cement works and heating
and power plant, it can play the function of increasing the heat
value and sulfur removal.

| 2. Characteristics
The structural design introduces into the overseas advanced technology,
we fully consider the feature of the sludge treatment equipment.
The machine body adopts the stainless steel, the key action parts
adopt the overseas famous brand. The structure is reasonable, and
its reliability is strong.
- The disposal speed is rapid (the whole disposal course only
needs 7 to 9 minutes).
- The degree of automation is high (the whole line has realized
the automation).
- The innocuity level after disposing of the sludge is very high.
- The manufacturing cost of the equipment is low (equivalent to
one fifth 1/5 of the same type of equipment abroad).
- The operation cost is low (equivalent to one sixth 1/6 of the
same type of equipment abroad).
- The moisture rate after disposing of the sludge is low (the
moisture rate after disposing of the sludge of the overseas equipment
achieves 50%, but the moisture rate after disposing of the sludge
is lower than 30%).
- The covering areas are small (disposal capacity three tons per
hour only needs 30m2).
