Automatic Infrared Ray Separation System


Brief Introduction

    The task of the separator differentiates and separates one certainty of regeneration materials out of the target mixing and the pre-separation and recovery light packaging materials. The near infrared ray sensors identify the target materials and sends out the unloading signals by way of the detectors which are installed on the breadth of the whole classification. The special-installed setup - the unloading device could use the air pressure flow to separate and unload the identified materials out separately and reliably. All the equipment composition parts are adjusted and made to the most ideal condition one another, therefore, the reliable operation of the whole equipment could be guaranteed. The structure of the separator is compact, it is installed firmly, it can be installed on the present available classified devices conveniently. The separator could save the separation materials of high expenses and reduces the separation working procedures.

 

Working Principle
   The separation light packaging materials need to be loaded and unloaded on the acceleration belt and conveyed for sorting. The running speed of the conveyer belt is about 3m/s. The separation materials on the conveyance belt shall be thrown off at a very quick speed or we can say that the sensor throws out of the separation materials. During the lead-time of short period, the sensor can detect the utmost important measured data; it could complete the data processing and urging to unload the packaging materials when necessary. The mainstream packaging materials fall down on one certain conveyance belt and then are conveyed to next processing working procedure.
